LBX LED Billboard Luminaire
Application
The high performance luminaire is designed for billboard or retail sign lighting. Areas with limited accessibility due to luminaire location or where heavy pedestrian or vehicle traffic makes maintenance difficult are ideal applications.
Construction
Heavy duty single piece die cast aluminum housing for durability. The fixture is sealed to the elements and is wet location rated. The driver is remotely mounted. Up to 8 (eight) individual fixtures may be operated off of a single driver.
Finish
A super durable polyester powder coat finish is electrostatically applied. Standard housing finish is white. Custom colors available upon request.
Optical System
3 (three) molded acrylic vacuum metalized optics were designed to work in tandem to efficiently distribute light over the face of a billboard or sign with minimal light spillage. There are 3 (three) optical configurations available for 5’, 9’ and 14” tall billboards/signs. Fixtures were designed to be mounted at an average spacing of 6’.
Electrical System
The constant wattage LED driver operates off a voltage input range from 240V~277V (50/60 Hz). A step down transformer is available for 347V and 480V applications (see Accessories). An internal surge protection device protects the assembly from up to 10,000 kV surge events. For ease of service the driver is typically remoted to a convenient location with a max remote distance of 100’. 80 CRI LED lamps are available in a 4000°K color temperature. An optional Freeze Prevention Mode is available by which the luminaire operates at a minimum output when an internal temperature gauge registers an ambient temperature approaching 32°C.
Mounting
Standard mounting options available are a 33” straight arm mount and a 33” upsweep arm with a 20” rise. Custom mounting options may be available upon request. Please contact your sales representative for more information.
